Check your product listing
The listing and any written license supplied with your order identify the rights you purchased. Unless the listing expressly grants commercial use or another specific permission, use is limited to personal, noncommercial projects. A product-specific grant controls where it differs from this general license, subject to applicable law.
Personal use
You may download and use the purchased files for your own permitted personal projects and create personal finished items within the listing’s limits. Editable templates may be customized for their intended personal purpose. Invitations and similar templates may be distributed as finished invitations to intended recipients; this does not permit sharing the reusable source template.
Commercial use
Commercial use is permitted only when expressly granted in the listing or a written agreement. Follow any stated limits on finished-product sales, quantities, print-on-demand, client work, or business use. Do not assume that purchasing a PNG, printable, or template includes permission to sell products made from it. Ask dcraftchackcreations@gmail.com if the intended use is unclear.
Source files and templates
Unless specifically authorized, do not resell, redistribute, gift, share, or make purchased digital source files or reusable template links available for others to download or edit. Do not include them in digital bundles, claim them as your original work, or sell a lightly modified version as a competing digital product. Resizing, recoloring, or adding text does not by itself grant redistribution rights.
Printing and service providers
You may provide a file to a printer or production service solely to make a finished item permitted by your license. The provider does not receive a separate resale or redistribution right. Any print-on-demand or other commercial production use still requires the express commercial permission described above.
Third-party elements and ownership
Payment grants permitted use; it does not automatically transfer copyright or other ownership rights. Third-party fonts, software, platform assets, trademarks, or other elements may have separate restrictions. A Canva subscription does not itself expand the license to our template, and our license does not expand Canva or another provider’s rights. Rights are granted only to the extent we are entitled to grant them.
Custom work and questions
Ownership, exclusivity, commercial permissions, and source-file delivery for custom work must be stated in the written order agreement. Without an express transfer, payment alone does not transfer ownership. Existing purchases keep the permissions granted at the time of purchase.
