Frequently Asked Questions

Effective October 6, 2026.

Are these physical products?

Products labeled digital downloads are electronic files. No physical item is shipped unless the purchase listing expressly says otherwise. Product mockups show examples of how a design can be used. Books linked to another retailer follow that retailer’s listing.

Where do I pay?

Use the product’s purchase button to open its connected checkout, such as Payhip or Etsy. You pay through that platform. This website does not collect your payment-card details directly.

How do I get my files?

Follow the download instructions on your purchase confirmation or order page. Payhip and Etsy handle access according to the purchase type. Some editable templates are delivered through an access-guide PDF. Custom products follow the timing agreed in the listing or quote.

Do I need Canva or other software?

Check the listing for file formats and software requirements. Editable Canva templates need a Canva account. The listing should identify any paid features or elements required. PNG, PDF, and other formats may require compatible apps for opening or printing.

Why does a design say Coming Soon?

That design is being previewed, but an active purchase link has not yet been connected. Contact us with questions about availability.

Can I use a design commercially?

Only when the product listing or written agreement expressly grants commercial use. Review the Digital Product License and the listing before selling finished products. Digital source files and reusable template links generally cannot be shared or resold.

What if a file does not work?

For an Etsy order, contact us through Help with Order or Etsy Messages. For a Payhip order, email dcraftchackcreations@gmail.com with the order number and details. We will investigate missing, incorrect, corrupted, or materially misdescribed files under the Refund Policy.

Can I request a refund?

Downloaded digital content generally is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund after access. File problems, duplicate purchases, platform rules, and mandatory consumer rights are handled as explained in the Refund Policy.

How do I request a custom design?

Use the contact form on the Contact page and describe what you need. A request does not place an order. We need to agree on price, scope, timing, and revisions before paid work begins.
