About our website
D CraftChack Creations provides product information, digital designs, creative resources, and a way to request custom work at dcraftchackcreations.com. Questions may be sent to dcraftchackcreations@gmail.com. These terms describe website use and our general sales terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Purchases through Etsy and Payhip
Purchase buttons take you to the platform identified by the link, usually Etsy or Payhip. Payment, checkout, and delivery access are handled through that platform. Platform terms and the product listing apply to that transaction. Other retailer links, such as a book sold through Amazon, use that retailer’s checkout and order procedures. These website terms do not override platform rules or rights provided by law.
Product details and pricing
Review the actual purchase listing before paying, including the price, currency, applicable taxes or charges, file type, dimensions, included items, editing requirements, and permitted use. Website prices and availability may change. We will not impose a price change on an already accepted order. Mockups illustrate possible uses; a digital download does not include a shirt, tumbler, printed book, frame, or other physical item unless the listing expressly says so.
Digital delivery and compatibility
Ready-made digital products are supplied electronically after successful payment, using the method shown by the checkout platform or listing. Custom digital orders follow the agreed delivery schedule. You need a device and software compatible with the listed file type. Canva templates require a Canva account; any paid Canva features or elements required should be identified in the listing. Screens, printers, paper, ink, and production methods can affect appearance and color.
Custom requests
Sending a request does not place an order or guarantee availability. Pricing, scope, delivery timing, revision allowance, and cancellation arrangements must be agreed before paid work begins. You must have permission to use the text, logos, photos, and other materials you supply. Please do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights. Rights to a custom design follow the written agreement and product license; copyright ownership is not automatically transferred by payment.
Licensing and intellectual property
Purchases grant the use rights described in the specific listing and our Digital Product License. They do not automatically transfer ownership of intellectual property. Website materials may be owned by us, licensed to us, or subject to third-party rights. Do not copy or redistribute protected materials beyond the permission provided. Any third-party brand or software reference does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
Refunds and support
Our Refund Policy explains how we handle digital file problems and refund requests. For an Etsy order, contact us through Etsy so the conversation remains with the transaction. For a Payhip order, email dcraftchackcreations@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Platform dispute procedures and mandatory legal rights remain available.
Responsible website use
Do not use this website to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, collect other people’s information unlawfully, or submit unlawful or infringing material. Downloads must be used within the applicable license. We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and respond to misuse.
Availability and educational resources
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and a usable website, but temporary outages and errors can occur. Contact us about errors or inaccessible purchased files. Devotional, meal-planning, and educational materials are provided for their stated informational purposes; they are not individualized medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. No particular health, educational, business, or financial outcome is guaranteed.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Future website terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
